Blessings Beloveds ~
A heart-felt blessing of peace to all. This passage is delivering a brand new level of Embodiment, and we witness the effects on our consciousness. It has been a vivid week, and becoming more so as the 12-12-12 Gates open wider.
The photos [above] are representations of the incoming light, as a reference for the diamond-crystalline-rainbow realms and visions presenting right now.
Cosmic stargates are opening – right through the Caves of CreationI was blessed to visit the Caves of Creation this week, a physical place deep within Gaia, guarded by vibrant (and very large) beings. The cave system contains the Master records of Gaia’s Living Library as well as our own quantum DNA, sealed in very advanced crystalline systems.
This is where the Soul enters and exits, using DNA to create a physical incarnation. (Note: Not the Halls of Amenti, that is a different akashic system.) The Caves opened up this week (remember they are multidimensional, so they don’t behave like a linear cave) to reveal a massive new cosmic stargate connection. Wide. Open.
This is like fresh cosmic wind is blowing through the halls of our own minds, hearts and experience. Clearing, resetting, and providing the new experience for pure Embodiment. As always, the Diamond-Solar-Crystalline heart is key.
This also means transformation on a global level is imminent for Embodiers in 2020. Stay focused ~ the 12-12 & Full Moon are the initiation to this timeline-shifting sequence. We are being transformed by conscious choice. Transfiguration, resurrection and the deep peace of bliss keep presenting.
The Schumann Resonance is the frequency and vibration of Mother Earth, or Gaia. Some say it is the heartbeat of the planet. It has held steady for eons at 7.83 Hz. Since 2012, there have been some frequency modulations, including one recorded at 100 Hz on October 31/November 1!
Here is a link that you can follow to see what the Schumann Resonance is recorded at for each day:
Today's Schumann Resonance is the highest recorded, at 158!!
With Christmas upon us, I hope you will all take a few moments to remember the
true meaning of the season; after all it is CHRISTmas. The stores are filled with
holiday decorations and, amongst the many angels and Santa Claus figurines, time
and again, my eyes were drawn to the deer. I found them on Christmas cards,
embroidered on pillows, printed on throws, glittered ornaments, paintings and
statues. I wondered why the deer, and especially the bucks, kept grabbing my
I suddenly recalled an event that happened a few years ago. I was visited in my
dreams by a buck with a giant rack of antlers upon his head. My first thought was
to wonder how he could hold his head up with such a heavy burden, yet he
remained strong and majestic before me, as if he carried no weight at all. He
walked towards me and stared into my eyes. I felt he was trying to send me a
message, but I was not sure what it was. A day or two later, on my way home, there
was a large buck standing in the middle of the road. As I approached, he turned to
face me. I immediately slowed down giving him time to move off the road, but he
did not move. He waited patiently until I came to a stop.
Neither of us moved. We simply stared into each other’s eyes for what seemed like
minutes but was mere seconds. I felt a wave of peace flow over me, and all my
worries that I carried that day dissolved in an instant. God works in many ways to get
our attention and I knew He was trying to get mine. As if to ease any last remaining
shred of lingering doubt, that evening the buck appeared in my dreams again,
larger than life, and with a very large rack upon his head. There were beautiful,
pure white flowers entwined within and around them. When our eyes met, I felt a
wave of pure, unconditional love fill me. I was told to count the points and was
surprised to find that there were 12. I awoke in the morning and immediately looked up
the symbolism of the buck, but some part of me already knew just who this
majestic creature epitomized.
While female deer are symbols of gentleness, innocence and good fortune, the
buck symbolizes strength, wisdom and spiritual authority. The antlers emerge from
the crown, growing above the physical head, as if reaching towards the Divine. The
antlers will actually die and fall off, only to grow back again, even bigger than
before. This signifies regeneration and rebirth to a greater state of being. The 12-
pointed buck is a symbol of Christ and His rebirth. The number 12 represents the 12
cycles of regeneration towards Higher consciousness and wisdom and encourages us
to take a more loving, wise and positive attitude in order to manifest a Higher
We’ve all heard the term “Christmas Spirit”. It’s that feeling of good will that seems
to become a part of us for the all-too-short holiday season. It encourages us to be
more tolerant, loving and generous. CHRISTmas Spirit is not just a seasonal gift for
us to unwrap, use and put away, forgotten until the next year. It can and should be
an integral part of how we think, feel and act/react, each and every day. When
you put away all your decorations this year, be sure to keep the CHRISTmas Spirit
out all year. It truly is the gift that keeps on giving.
To all of you, we wish the Spirit of CHRISTmas all year long.

As we approach the the end of the year and pause to enjoy the varying celebrations that take place around the world in December, including Winter Solstice, Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa, my thoughts turn toward reflection and renewal.
Ending one year and beginning a new one can be a difficult time for many, and I've seen a noticeable uptick with clients, friends and family feeling discouraged, disheartened, and frankly, hopeless. Without a doubt, these are unsettling times, and the world seems more challenging each day. Anxiety, depression, pessimism, a sense of feeling forlorn, disconnected, alone, hopeless, helpless, broken and even a sense of worthlessness can surface at any time, yet seems to carry more weight at this time of year more than any other, rather highlighted and brought to the fore. Some have even said that they have feeling of utter dejection and have such a bleak outlook that they feel numb to the happenings around them. Unfortunately, "I'm at my wit's end" and "What's the point?" seems to be the new seasonal jingle.
In the hectic pace of the holidays, I encourage folks to take time for stillness, find a moment to devote your Self to acts of loving kindness (Yes! even toward your SELF!), and seek your truth in all things that come into your attention.
It may also be helpful to focus on responding, not reacting. The more chaotic life becomes, the more we tend to react. Try not to be triggered by the avalanche of information with which we are constantly bombarded through technology. You might even consider leaving your smartphone at home or in the car.*Gasp* Maybe you can even meet a friend in person for coffee instead of sending a message or a simple emoji. Slowing down is a simple and mindful way of creating the opportunity for thoughtful response. Certainly we all have 'stuff' going on, yet by choosing the responses that nourish and foster kindness and compassion, we can make positive changes in small ways.
Remember the Random Acts of Kindness movement? Maybe it needs some dusting off as life becomes more fast-paced and frenzied. Focus on making a difference in one small way each day.
Additionally, as many of you know, trees have a special place in my heart and I often feel such a deep, communal connection with them in ways that I cannot fully put into words. My inner knowing that they continually strive to be of service to humanity - despite our poor and sometimes inhospitable treatment of them - often leads me down new and unexpected paths. Every morning, I ask the Universe "What do I need to know today?" and, unfailingly, I am blessed by answers, nudges and suggestions throughout the day.
In speaking on the phone recently with a gifted and oh-so-intuitive holistic healer colleague, she mentioned that she was feeling some of the same weight on her mind and spirit that I described above from other clients - a type of 'ennui' of the soul that the French poet Baudelaire would have deeply understood. And she said "and I keep hearing sweet chestnut". Bingo!
Other than Rescue Remedy, I don't often use or recommend Bach Flower Essences simply because I am not familiar with them. The Universe delivered Sweet Chestnut (Castenea sativa) directly through my colleague to my clients. Here is a snippet from the description on their website:
"When describing the Bach Flower Essences, Dr. Bach said that Sweet Chestnut 'is the (remedy) for that terrible, that appalling mental despair when it seems the very soul itself is suffering destruction. It is the hopeless despair of those who feel they have reached the limit of their endurance'...
...a person in the negative Sweet Chestnut state feels completely alone, helpless, hopeless and unprotected. The emptiness and despair are acute, yet he harbours no thoughts of suicide...
...this person fears breaking down under the stress, works hard to keep his anguish from other people, may be recognized by phrases like "I don't know what to do" or "I'm at my wit's end". You may recognize him by the fact that no words of hope will enter his conversation because he has none...
...Interestingly, the extreme negative Sweet Chestnut state is often the beginning of a transformation into a new and much better life. This is an emergency state - a 'dark night' for the soul - a time when old beliefs and patterns break apart and make room for new levels of consciousness, and even a new connection to God..."

As soon as I read that this flower essence could help the current angst among us, I placed an order for several bottles of Bach Sweet Chestnut, due to arrive in January. Please contact me if you would like one, or you can order directly from Bach Flower Essence.
If you find that you are still having difficulties managing feelings of discouragement, despair, hopelessness or anxiety, please reach out to us at Grace of Angels, or contact a healthcare professional that may be able to help. DO practice nurturing self-care.

As luck - or the Universe - would have it, this video showed up in my FB feed as we created this post. It comes from Roc Solid Foundation and landed in my feed from The Daily Goalcast. The title is "On Days When You Feel Like You Can't Go On, Please Listen To THIS!" It dovetails perfectly into the Bach Flower Essence Sweet Chestnut state described above that is so prevalent at this time.
PLEASE WATCH TO THE END. It is only 2.5 mins long, and brilliantly done. I believe it provides a suitable and perfect example of how we can masterfully turn around our heartache, despair and hopelessness for any situation that crops up during these turbulent times. Wishing everyone a Blessed Solstice!

In 1931, Dr. Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize Physiology or Medicine for his discovery that cancer cells have a fundamentally different energy metabolism compared to healthy cells.
Most experts consider him to be the greatest biochemist of the 20th century. His lab staff also included Hans Krebs, Ph. D., after whom the Krebs cycle was named.
The Krebs cycle refers to the oxidative reduction pathways that occur in the mitochondria. So just how does the metabolic inflexibility of cancer cells differ from healthy cells?
A cell can produce energy in two ways: aerobically, in the mitochondria, or anaerobically, in the cytoplasm, the latter of which generates lactic acid — a toxic byproduct. Warburg discovered that in the presence of oxygen, cancer cells overproduce lactic acid. This is known as The Warburg Effect.
